395 mph? haha metric my friend. 395 mph in a street ready car defies physics.
im pretty sure the CCX 'claims' to push the 240 mph envelope but its not been repeated in a test environment to the best of my knowledge, i could be wrong though.

I know it can go 395 on a track, maybe not on a road but it's top speed is 395.

the fastest car ever built and independently tested was the 1988 calloway corvette sledgehammer with a top speed upwards of 253 mph. noone else has come close.
edti- i forgot about the bugatti veyron. that also supposedly tests at 253 and that is the fastest production car built. meaning the fastest car you can actually buy without doing a ton of work to it.
