I actually feel great about where I was drafted. I had a disappointing rookie tournament, and I thought that I might drop to the fourth round, so when I heard my name early in the third, their was definitly a smile on my face.

I think we have a great chance to win the challenge cup this year. We have a very balanced team, with alot of skill, toughness, and great goaltending. Those are the main things a team needs in order to win, and I think we have been put into a situation where we can only succeed.

The strongest aspect of my game is definitly my play in my own zone. I can hit, skate, and read plays very well, and that helps my greatly when defending the top talent in the league.

That isnt a major factor in my game. I focus on keeping things in my own zone clear, but when it comes to scoring goals they just come extra. I do have good passing skills, so I will be able to set my guys up with lead passes out of my zone, but any goals will just be an extra bonus for me.
