Just wondering with 0 dollars remaining how can we pay any incentives. Wouldn't those count against our salary cap as well.

I'll sell equipment at the end of the season. Just to let everyone know your budget next year will be $35 million + 25% of the total price of your equipment from this year, so don't go seeling all of your equipment after you've used it. But yeah for incentives I'll have to sell 1 piece of equipment later on.
