Preview of Tomorrow’s games
Stars @ Jets – Game 4 – Jets lead series 3-0
The Jets have put themselves into a perfect position, moving themselves to just one win away from the challenge cup. Although things look bleak for the Stars, it is not impossible. There is no doubt the KC Jones has been the difference in this series, and if he continues to do the same, look for the Stars to be finished in this game. If the stars can get to Jones, getting some pressure in deep and getting into the head of Jones, they may be able to sneak in a couple. The Jets are now relying on their consistent scoring, and amazing play of KC. They jets philosophy has turned into just score a couple of goals, and KC will do the rest. If they can continue to use that successfully, they will be the first ever Challenge cup champions, and a lot sooner then later.

We continue to do our look at the upcoming draft, this time taking a look at David Roenick.
The upcoming draft looks like a very talented group of youngsters, where do you think you stack up among the others, and where do you see yourself getting drafted?
I don't know, it's a pretty equal group. I think I will go in the first or second round, probably to Sylvester Rock's expansion team.
Your last name is very recognizable to hockey fans, but what many may not no, is that you are the son of Jeremy Roenick. Is their any pressure that you have felt in your career at any point to try and live up to your father's sucess?
Yes, I feel that I have big shoes to fill, and greatly hope that I will become just as good, and hopefully better, than my father.
You are very quick, and skilled much like your father, but it seems that you lack the toughness that your father was known for in his day. Which player would you say that your game most resembles?
I would say that my style of play is most similar to that of the Great One, Wayne Gretzky. I see the open man, set up goals, and put them into the net. I am definately not up to his level of skill, but I never fight and rarely take penalties.
Their is still a while until draft day, and the start of the next season, is their anything in particular that you are doing to keep in shape until that day comes?
Well, I am in a skating program which helps me improve my stamina, speed, and is keeping me from sitting on my couch and watching SportsCenter.
You have had the chance to watch some SHL games over the last few weeks, what have you thought about it so far, and how do you think that your game is going to flourish in this league?
It seems like a tough league, but I feel that after some time, I can feasibly become a superstar in this league.
Thanks for doing the interview, and best of luck in the draft.
Thanks.

6 minutes to go in game 3, Boyer comes in all alone in front of the net, scoring his second of the game. This turned the game around, giving the Jets the lead, a lead which they were able to hold on to, and take a 3-0 series lead.
